I click on Add this file to playlist but no file appears in my playlist.

When clicking this checkbox in a search-result:
what actually happens is that the file is added to inAudio:s own playlist. To open this playlist in a music-player such as winamp you must click on "Play current playlist".
I have used this approach since Winamp by default clears the current playlist and adds the new file/list when you send a file or list to it.

If you wish to add files directly to Winamp, start the inAudio ControlServer and then use the "Add this file/folder to playlist on server" functionality instead.
This works by telling Winamp itself to add the file/list rather than just sending the file/list to Winamp.
(note that this will only work when you are browsing on the same machine as the server runs at since Winamp ControlServer only can send files to Winamp on the same machine as itself)
