"What ever happened with inAudio 2.0?"
"Yeah.. well.. To be honest I've been busy over my ears with work. When I developed inAudio 1.x I worked as a freelance developer which gave me quite a good control of the time I wished to spend on different projects.

However, now I'm employed with a full-time job that takes up a lot of time.
inAudio 2.0 *will* still happen. Im just not willing to give a time-span for when it will happen at the moment.

If you wish to be notified when inAudio 2.0 will be relased, sign up for the newsletter (actually, not a single newsletter has been sent out yet, but when inAudio 2.0 is ready I will send one :)

One decision I have taken is that I will drop the ASP-version of inAudio in version 2.0.

Only a PHP-based version of inAudio 2.0 will be relased. It's simply to much work to keep a double codebase of everything. There are no techical problems in running PHP on a windows-based computer and its a piece of cake to install so this should not be a problem for anyone :)

    Best regards, Anders Gardebring"

    "So, whats inAudio 2.0 about?"
"I'd just thought I should share some of the thoughts I have for inAudio 2.0.
None of the things I state here are guaranteed to be included in version 2.0 of inAudio but it's what I'm leaning towards..."

    "Screendumps back up"
"Unfortionately a security update I installed for the server software on the machine serving inaudio.net caused the screendumps-section to fail showing any images.
    This issue is now resolved."

"inAudio 1.4 will be inAudio 2.0"
"I recently begun work on inAudio 1.4 but it will actually be named inAudio 2.0 since it will be enough big updates to justify a whole version-leap.

Some of the new features I plan for this release:"

"Work on inAudio 1.4 has begun.
New features will be user and group-management where you can set access to different functions based on user/group.
I have also begun work on some id3-support for searches, if you have any input on how you would like the id3-features to look, or anything else, send a message."

    "inAudio newsletter and account-system."
"I've spent the last days building a user-system for inaudio.net
To begin with this system will only be used for a newsletter (sent out when new releases of inAudio are out or when site-updates occur and similar things) but I've got plans to add some kind of forums to this site as well where these accounts will be used as well.

"inAudio 1.3.1 released (bugfix and more)"
"Well. Of course there had to be a nasty bug..
Only the PHP-version was affected, but ASP-users should update to if they want the latest updates.
    Read on for more information."
